Multi Purpose Room 1 alone $250.00
Multi Purpose Room 2 alone $250.00
Pre Function Area $150.00

Delivery Fee $50.00
After Hour Security $65.00 per hour

Official Functions pay set up fees per event type

**add $100 for after hour events**

 

Usage fee includes set up of tables, chairs, linens and AV when ordered.

Trail fee includes private use of trail, picnic tables, and the use of some buildings.

Catering service and set up would incur additional fees.

Set up fee for one room $150.00-$200.00

Set up fee for two rooms $250.00-$300.00

For after hours set up an additional fee will apply per event type

Set up fee includes tables, chairs, linens, table settings, buffets, beverage stations

Banquet bar set up/break down fee per bar $125.00

If requesting an AV labor tech be on site for your event, charges are as follows:

Monday through Friday from 0800-1700………………………………….$40.00 per hour
Before and after regular business hours………………………………… …$50.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday…………………………………………………………………$55.00 per hour

(3 hour minimum on weekends)
