Middle School & Teen Program (MST)
Welcome to the Carlisle Barracks
Middle School & Teen Program
The Carlisle Barracks Middle School & Teen program (MST) serves youth in grades 6 through 12 by fusing education and recreation through clubs, events, and sports. The activities and events offered by the MST program focus on the following basic service areas:
- Sports, Fitness and Health Options
- Life Skills, Citizenship and Leadership Opportunities
- Arts, Recreation and Leisure Activities
- Mentoring, Intervention and Academic Support Services
We are fortunate to partner our programs with the Boys and Girls Club of America, 4-H, and Character Counts to make our programs more diverse and enriching to best serve our youth. These partnerships enhance our programming to best serve our youth by constantly changing as they change. Coupled with the above our staff provides proper supervision and a safe environment for the youth to reach their fullest potential as capable, competent and caring citizens.
We are also very fortunate to partner with other organizations on post that contribute to our success. Under the DFMWR umbrella we partner with the marketing department, the motor pool, Outdoor Recreation, Youth Sports, SKIES programming, Army Community Service, Strike Zone Bowling Center, Adult Sports, Reynolds Theatre, and many others to make our center successful.
