Youth Services of Carlisle Barracks offers membership to all youth between the ages of 6-18 years of age who are family members of Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, Retired Military, Veterans and DOD employees. A Youth Services membership entitles a youth to use the facilities at the Youth Center and to participate in programs that are offered by Youth Services at a nominal fee. (Current Fee Schedule available upon request.)
Space at the Center is also available, at a moderate fee, for private parties for youth. Youth Services can be reached by dialing (717) 245-4555.
