It's more than just a pool....it's the zone for summer excitement!

Come visit the Splash Zone Swimming Pool for cool summertime fun. Located behind the Letort View Community Center, it offers a large slide, separate baby pool and splash pad.

A sand volleyball court is available on a first-come, first-served basis during pool hours of operation. Volleyballs are available at the snack bar or you may bring your own.

Join by the month or year for discounts, or drop in on a daily basis. We offer a fee structure that is both affordable and flexible.

All classes are held Monday through Thursday. Friday is make-up day.

Swimming Levels

Parent/Child (6mo-5yrs)

No skills are required. The parent participates in the water with the child with the primary goal being water adjustment and fun. Parents will learn how to work with their child and teach them some basic skills such as breath control, body control, kicking and the use of an individual floating device. There can be no more than one child per parent for safety reasons. Those not toilet trained must wear an approved swim diaper.

3-5 yrs old - no parent participation

Pike

Beginner level - no skills required.

Eel

Can float on front and back, is comfortable with their face in the water, and can paddle stroke independently with an individual floating device.

Ray/Starfish
Must be able to swim 15ft. without individual floating device. Can swim back crawl and is confident in deep water.

Beginner Level - No skills required

Guppy

Can paddle stroke on their front and back without individual floating device and is comfortable in deep water.

Minnow

Can swim front and back crawl 15 yds. and is confident in deep water.

Fish

Can swim front and back crawl 25 yds. and can perform the whip kick used in breastroke and elementary backstroke.

Flying Fish/Shark
Can perform front and back craw, breastroke, elementary backstroke and dolphin kick for a minumum of 25 yds.

Cost

$40 per student, per session.

Registration

Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Please register one week prior to first scheduled class date. Class sizes are limited. To register, simply do one of the following:

Pool Rental/Party Packages

Make a splash by renting the Splash Zone Pool for your next party or event. We'll provide the lifeguards during the rental and can even assist you with your catering needs.

Rental rates

$100 per hour, with a minimum two-hour rental.

Pool Passes can be purchased at the pool during regular business hours.

Refunds will only be made for persons who become physically incapacitated and have purchased seasonal passes.There will be no refunds for daily passes. All refunds will be charged a $15 processing fee.

Policies:

Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or family member 16 years of age or older.
Eligible users include: active duty military, national guard, reserves, retired military and their family members who are in possession of a valid DoD ID card; civilian employees and their family members who are in possession of a valid DoD ID card or Community Operations/Recreation ID card (CBks Form 834r).

Guests:

Only eligible users, 10 years of age and older, may bring one guest per visit to the pool.
Guests must sign in on appropriate forms and abide by all pool rules.
Guests must leave the pool when the sponsor leaves.
