Why does the Carlisle Barracks host an Oktoberfest? Army, Morale, Welfare & Recreation exists to enhance the quality of life, enrich living and working environments, and foster a sense of community for Soldiers, Family members and civilians. Since 2008, Carlisle Barracks has hosted Oktoberfest. This is a great opportunity for the military community to interact with the public in a positive and fun venue.
