SKIESUnlimited, Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration and Skills, is the framework for the Army's Child and Youth Services instructional program. It consists of classes designed to complement and support the experiences children and youth have in Army CYSS programs and school. These classes are taught by imaginative and dedicated instructors, creating experiences of value, excellence and enjoyment. The SKIESUnlimited Program is for children ages 5 and up.

Description: Children will work with watercolors, acrylics, ceramics sculpture and have several art shows to display their hard work.
 
Winters Watercolors Begins Feb 9, 2010

Description:  Students will create fantasy creatures with mixed media overlays, make a variety of watercolor note cards, study winter landscapes to create a winter wonderland and explore the Coral Sea and create "aqua art".  Children will also make "drop and drool" watercolors that will be turned into art necklaces, earrings and pins.

Description:  Beginner to advanced instruction for piano.  1/2 hour lessons.  There will be no lessons on Jan 18 or Feb 15.

Description:  Lessons include English or Western riding, jumping, trail rides, and care.  Winter lessons are in the indoor arena for beginner to advanced starting Nov 1, 2009.

Description:  The Tumble bus is a refurbished school bus outfitted with children's fitness equipment.  Children will be taught the basics of tumbling and enjoy fitness in a fun environment Youth Services Membership is required.  Parent supervision is not required.
 
Color Me Mine

Ceramic Painting

Description:  Come paint ceramics!  We have a variety of objects for painting.  Select two smaller objects or one large for one low price of $20 and lots of painting fun.  Classes are offered twice per month.  Be sure to check the community calendar for ceramic painting days at Youth Services.

Description: Introduction to deaf culture and communication, finger spelling and counting.  Parents are encouraged to attend class with their child. Basic sign language taught by a certified American Sign Language instructor. (8 weekly sessions).  Additional $75 charge for parent.
 
Golf Lessons Begin April 6 and 8th

Carlisle Barracks Golf Course $40
Description:  This is an introduction to the game of golf taught by our Carlisle Barracks Golf Pro. (series of four 1/2 hour lessons)
