SKIESUnlimited, Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration and Skills, is the framework for the Army's Child and Youth Services instructional program. It consists of classes designed to complement and support the experiences children and youth have in Army CYSS programs and school. These classes are taught by imaginative and dedicated instructors, creating experiences of value, excellence and enjoyment. The SKIESUnlimited Program is for children ages 5 and up.


SKIESUnlimited Activities

The following is a listing of our SKIES classes/lessons:

Description:  Lessons include English or Western riding, jumping, trail rides, and care. Winter lessons are in the indoor arena for beginner to advanced.

Junior Golf
Starts week of August 17 & week of Sept 21  Call for available session time. 7 - 18

Description: Class sizes are limited to six children. (4 weekly classes)

Fall Tennis

Description:  Children will work with watercolors, acrylics, ceramics sculpture and more. There will be several art shows throughout the year.

Pre-School Tumble Bus

Missoula Children’s Theater - Week Long Performing Arts Experience

Description:   On-stage performing arts experience for children including; auditioning, role playing, stage craft, make-up, sound design, costume and set design.  The five day program culminates with a live performance on Sat Dec 4.

Create Holiday Gifts Dec 6 - 20, 4 - 5 pm Mondays 8 - 18

Description:  Create it and take it gifts for the holidays.  Students will create at least two gifts per class (3 classes in all).  Projects will include a stained glass picture frame, jewelry, pottery, wall pockets, magnets, snow globes and more!
