Grades 6 - 12 on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. (during school year)
Meet in Teen Room at Youth Services
What's New, What's Coming Up, What do you think? Bring Your Ideas & Enthusiasm!
Mission Statement
Carlisle Barracks Middle School &
Teen Program has been established for youth in grades 6 - 12 so they may
develop mentally, physically, emotionally and creatively, and acquire
important social skills while working with other similarly aged youth
from various backgrounds.
With this goal in mind, the program offers a variety of cultural,
recreational and physical activities. We make every effort to develop
young minds and bodies, promote good sportsmanship and offer wholesome
leisure programs.
A large number of our success depends upon the support and interest of
our youth, parents and volunteers. In the interest of better serving
the youth of Carlisle Barracks we encourage the entire community to
share its ideas and suggestions with us.
Features
Youth Service features a large game room (with pool tables, ping-pong, foosball,
shuffleboard, wide sreen TV's, Game Cube, Play Station II, a Wii system, stereo system, and our state-of-the-art Youth Technology Lab). Teens are provided with an opportunity to participate in outdoor activities, cooking, arts & crafts, 4-H Club, Triple Play (sponsored by Boys & Girls Club of
America), and video game tournaments.
