LOCATION:     Carlisle Barracks, PA.  Start and finish at Indian Field Track.

                     0700 - 0745 registration/check in time for all participants. 0800 - Race begins.

ENTRY FEE:  Pre-registration $8 through 13 October 2010.  Registration fee $10 after

                     13 October  2010. Children 11 and under $5.  Seminar Team price is $30

                     per team.  Maximum of  7 mimimum of 5 runners on each team.

AWARDS:  Overall winner (Male and Female), First, Second, and Third place Male and Female

in each division.

DIVISIONS:

MALE    -      11 and under, 12 - 15, 16 - 19, 20 - 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 45, 46 – 49, 50 – 55, 56 – 60, 61 – 65, 66 +.

FEMALE   -  11 and under, 12 - 15, 16 - 19, 20 - 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 45, 46 – 49, 50 – 55, 56 – 60, 61 – 65, 66 +.

SEMINAR TEAMS -  Maximum of 7 minimum of 5 runners on each team, with the first 5 places counting for team

score. Students/Staff and Faculty only in the team competition
