Registration/check in 7 - 7:45 a.m.
Race begins 8 a.m.

The first 100 participants to register will receive a free t-shirt.

First, second, and third place male and female in each division

Seminar Teams
Maximum of 7, minimum of 5 runners per team, with the first 5 places counting for team score.

Army Ten Miler

October 24, 2010

Location: Washington, DC

This year 30,000 runners will descend upon Washington, DC to join in the prestigious Army Ten Miler event. The race starts and finishes at the Pentagon, passing by DC landmarks including the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and the Capitol Building.

Highlights of race weekend

Team Competition – Over 700 military and civilian teams vie for team titles, such as the Commander’s Cup, International Competition, and USCAA Ten-Mile Championship.
ATM Race Expo – A two-day event with running clinics and over 50 exhibitors featuring the latest in fitness apparel, running shoes, health, and specialty items.
GEICO Pasta Dinner – Traditionally attended by over 700 civilians and soldiers, the Commanding General of the Military District of Washington and the Sergeants Major of the Army, Reserve, and Guard.
Post Race Party - Features bands, entertainment, and a live broadcast.
HOOAH Tent Zone – Over 50 tents show their Army spirit and celebrate the race.
Health Net Federal Services Youth Activity Zone / Youth Runs – Families can have fun on race day with the Hill, mascots, inflatables, and more. Over 400 kids, ranging in age from five to thirteen, participate in the Youth Runs.

Registration

Carlisle Barracks will be sending a 4 and 8 - person team to represent the community. If interested in being a team member, please contact the Sports office. Deadline is TBD.

There is no cost to enter.
