For your child to participate in any CYSS program or activity on Carlisle Barracks, he/she must be registered through our central registration office, located in our Youth Services building; however, registration packets can be obtained at either the Youth Serivces (YS) building and/or the Moore Child Development Center (CDC).

Eligibility To be eligible to participate in CYSS programs, a child must be a dependent of: Active duty military personnel APF and NAF DoD civilian personnel   Reservist personnel on active duty or during inactive duty training DoD contractors   Retirees are eligible on a space available basis

Fee for program or activity is due at registration.

Fee Schedule

Army regulations require that fees will be determined based on a total family income (TFI) sliding scale.  Patron supplies current LES or pay statement and child's shot records. Please click the appropriate program area below to view applicable fees.

The annual registration fee of $18 per child, up to $40 for Family membership, is currently paid by the Army Family Covenant.
