Contact FCC Services

For your child to participate in any CYSS program or activity on Carlisle Barracks, he/she must be registered through our central registration office, located in our Youth Services building; however, registration packets can be obtained at either the Youth Serivces (YS) building and/or the Moore Child Development Center (CDC).

Referral and information for on and off post Family Child Care (FCC) providers
Parent education classes
Short Term Alternative Care
Registration fees - As part of the Army Family Covenant, the CYS Services registration fee has been waived for all eligible children.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in CYSS programs, a child must be a dependent of:

Active duty military personnel
APF and NAF DoD civilian personnel
Reservist personnel on active duty or during inactive duty training
DoD contractors
Retirees are eligible on a space available basis at Youth Services ONLY.

Pick up registration packet from one of our facilities

Complete packet and call (717) 245-3801 for an appointment with the registrar
Please remember to bring appropriate documentation listed below

Required Documents for Registration:

Military / civilian identification card
Social security numbers for all family members
Child's current shot records
Birth certificate for child(ren) if a DoD Civilian or contractor
Copy of LES / pay voucher
Health assessment or well baby check up (due within 30 days of registration)
Two local emergency designees (name, address, phone)
Current family care plan for single or dual military families

Registration will need to be renewed annually. Fee for program or activity is due at registration.

Fee Schedule
